Bermondsey Yard
Working closely with the clients Aviva and Sellar to create valuable unique additions to Vinegar Yards alongside JRA Architects.The adaptive reuse and extension of two prominent Bermondsey warehouses received Planning Permission for 170,000ft2 of new workspace over 11 storeys, with a public internal street and generous amenities.
The Gramophone Works
This landmark building on the Grand Union Canal in Notting Hill completed last year and has won over 15 Awards, including the coveted AJ Retrofit Award, Structural Timber Awards, NLA Awards and the DNA Paris Awards and a BCO Shortlisting.
Roots in the Sky
‘Roots in the Sky’ won the MPIM Award for ‘Best New Development’
Our design for the adaptation of Blackfriars Crown Courts for Fabrix London this future of the workplace vision was awarded Planning Permission last year and construction starts on site later this year.
Third Space
Third Space the best high-end Gym opened a new 25,000ft2 club in Moorgate adapting the Ground and Basement Car Parks with a feature helical running track. High demand for Membership meant opening to busy classes.
Battersea and Clapham are due on site this year.
Republic
Lettings as an Educational Campus
More than 3,350 students now study at Republic, with universities that have made the campus their London home. These include The University of the West of Scotland, City Gateway, Global Banking School, Anglia Ruskin University and York St John University.
Republic is leading the way and Knight Frank's Emma Cleugh says recent transactions and requirements “are bearing out a strong trend that has been emerging with educational institutions creating or anchoring knowledge quarters with best-in-class commercial buildings”.
Pearns Point - Antigua
A new masterplan for this unrivalled 6Ha Caribbean site was quickly followed by the first Lots moving to construction, starting with the fabulous Secret Beach site we also developed new designs for the incredible neighbouring sites.
Moskito Island - BVI
Neighbouring Necker Island, Richard Branson chose Moskito to provide just 9 generous Island sites. We are delighted to be designing 2 of these unique Residences featuring hugely ambitious sustainability principles which will start on site this year.
Revelstoke
Revelstoke the heli-skiing capital of the world has become a beautiful natural year round destination, featuring downhill mountain biking and now golf. Our design for 62 Apartments utilises the locally grown timber with a compressed laminated timber frame and Douglas Fir finishes. The site is adjacent to the lifts and has amazing views over the links to the Columbia River below.
Studio RHE 25 Year Book
We enjoyed working with ‘Outpost’ who seamlessly created our totally refreshed new website which immediately won Website of the Day on ‘Awwwards’.
To pair with the new site, on our 25th Anniversary, we published ‘Beyond Building’ a celebration of the rich variety of projects and people.
HQ Shoreditch Available!
Our neighbouring building we designed 5 years ago is now offering a new Lease for Rent for the 6740ft2 workplace. With 8 metre ceilings, feature staircase and an EPC A rating - it won’t be around for long!
